2.How to fill the Ce4 clearomizer ce4 atomizer :

1.Unscrew and remove the mouthpiece.

2.Fill with 1.1ml to 1.6ml. 

3.DO NOT pour vapor water into the center tube. That tube is for airflow.

4.Insert the tim and screw it back on.

5.Blow any vapor water that may have gotten in the center tube into a paper towel by giving a quick blow on the mouthpiece.

6.Give the cartomizer a quick shake or two and let it feed into the wick for a minute or so.

7.Screw onto your battery and start vaporing.
