5.) In the term of cooperation, on the honesty base, party A will deal with damaged goods returned by party B, but the returned goods must be the ones provided by party A, if the returned goods is provided by other seller, party A have the right to stop the exchange and take party B to the block list.

6.) In order to meet all delivery dates, party B needs to provide the correct sales planning per month to make sure party A arranges the production plan in advance.

7.) Package in transportation links, for example if the package detained in destination country for the customer, we will take 50% of loss. Otherwise transportation problem in China division appears we will take full responsibility.
